You'll get these release/waiver forms in two formats - .doc (for use with Microsoft Word) and .pdf (for use with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader). Please feel free to use any or all of them.

Upon completion of your purchase, your confirmation page will have a yellow download button that you'll click on to download the package of forms and bonus how-to article.
Once that package (file name: RLS-PKG-NV.zip) is finished downloading (it's pretty quick) it will "unzip" itself and present you with a folder (file name: RLS-PKG-NV) that contains all of the forms and documents.
Once you see the file with the forms and documents in it, you can drag those forms and documents to wherever you'd like them to reside on your computer.
How to use the forms:
Every time you need to use one of the forms you'll just pop it open, fill it in, and print it! You'll be able to save filled-in copies, and you'll be able to go back in to those saved filled-in copies and change them if you need to.
