Thanks. Your forms are incredible! Just what I was looking for.

Although we have been in business for almost 40 years, these were done by hand until 10 to 15 years ago +-.

Then we bought a software package named Lien-Writer and have used it since.

But there has been too much burdensome features we never used, needed, complicated, and costly (renew each year).

These are perfect and I will refer you.

I was referred by Capitol Steel, a very good vendor and customer who bought them from you.

Preliminary Notice Forms and other states Preliminary Notice forms and Notice to Owner forms are used to protect your lien rights

As of July 2012 ALL contractors that contract directly with a property owner are now known as Direct Contractors (DC's). Also effective July 2012 is that now ALL contractors including ALL DC's must do the preliminary notice.

If you don't do the preliminary notice, and you don't do it in a timely manner, you could lose all of those lien rights. And in California, contractors who are required by law to do preliminary notices but don't do them are subject to discipline by the license board.

Valuable Free Bonus Included

You will get a special free bonus: an EXCLUSIVE in-depth article on preliminary notice forms, aptly titled "Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How of Preliminary Notices".

This free bonus article will tell you everything you ever wanted and needed to know about preliminary notices including exactly how to process them! :)

Read what Michele, a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, wrote about the article -

"That file has a wealth of information. I really appreciate all the details about tracking receipts. I'm definitely going to do that. Thanks!!"

These Preliminary Lien Notice Forms:

  • Are very easy to use
  • Will download instantly
  • Come with complete instructions
  • Can be filled in and printed literally within minutes
  • Will save you time and money, again and again and again
  • Come with unlimited usage, unlimited free replacement, and unlimited free updates

When using this Preliminary Notice form, your paperwork will have a professional touch that even a trusty old typewriter can't achieve!

How often have you rolled a form into a typewriter and struggled to get it lined up so that when you type, everything is where it belongs -- only to have to use whiteout because it didn't line up, then blow on it to dry it, then try again (and sometimes end up with whiteout on your keys)?

And that's if you can even find a typewriter anymore. And what happens when that typewriter quits working? Can you find a typewriter repairman within a reasonable distance from you?

Before I had my computer I had a heck of a time finding someone to fix my typewriter. He ended up being about 50 miles away!

Purchase the preliminary notice form here and download it and use your computer to fill it in -- you'll know for a fact that the form will be lined up perfectly (because it's all on your computer), you won't get any whiteout on your keys ;o), and you won't have to find a repairman.

Whew, what to do with all your extra time? ;)

How your purchase works

This will work for both Windows and Macintosh computers (but, if there are any troubles with getting the package to unzip, don't purchase a program to unzip it, please email me and I'll email already-unzipped copies of the forms to you). :o)

In that file will be:

Notice to Owner (WA)
In the state of Washington, most persons furnishing professional services, materials, or equipment for the improvement of real property in the state of Washington are required to give the owner or reputed owner a Notice to Owner Form of Right to Claim a Construction Lien also known as Form Number F625-054-000. This notice must be in writing and must include the information required by the law. If the notice is not provided the person very well may not have lien rights. Preview
