How to use your new forms...

It's a breeze to fill in these templates and
you'll be surprised at the time you save!

You don't even have to be online to use these templates! Because the template downloads to, and resides on, your computer you'll be able to pop it open, fill it in and print it as many times as you ever need to without ever having to be online!

With the template open, using your mouse, roll your curser over one of the fields and click. The field will 'activate' and you'll be able to type in your information.

Once you've filled in that field, hit the 'tab' key and your curser will jump to the next field which will 'activate' allowing you to fill it in. Continue filling in fields and tabbing until you've filled in all of the applicable fields in the template.

When using the .doc forms you'll be able to save copies of your filled in forms, allowing you go back in and make changes, print more copies, etc. If using the .pdf forms, once you've filled in the template, print as many copies as you'll need plus an extra one for you to keep. When you close the template it reverts to its original not-filled-in state ready for the next time you need it.
